ANCORD integrates the CNF Representatives Council since its foundation in 1985. The Confederation sponsors and participates in discussions of subjects of national interest through actions via adequate channels of public bodies and civil society entities.

CRSFN – National Financial System Assets Council

This is a second degree full board, part of the Treasury Department structure. It is in charge of judging in second and last administrative jurisdiction appeals regarding financial, exchange and capital markets. ANCORD indicates a Council member since its creation in 1985.

Multisponsored Pension Fund of Financial and Capital Market Institutions

Mercaprev is a complementary social security entity, aiming at instituting social security plans with complementary or similar benefits to the official social security.

ANCORD is a founder partner of Mercaprev, which has been approved by the Complementary Social Security Secretariat of the Social Security Department in 1995.

ANBIMA – Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities

ANCORD indicates representatives for the Councils of Regulation and Best Practices for the Industry of Investment Funds; and for the Activity of Financial Assets Management in the Domestic Market maintained by ANBIMA.

Committee to Make Public the Capital Market

Predominantly technical, this committee promotes the implementation and the discussion of studies, projects and proposals which are a priority to the market, based on the Directive Plan of the Capital Market. ANCORD participates in the Committee since 2002.

National Commission of Stock Exchanges

ANCORD is associated to CNB, the objective of which is to cooperate with public authorities as technical and consulting body, in the study and development of laws and solution of problems related to the market of Stock Exchange assets.

Orientation Committee to Spread Information to the Market- CODIM

ANCORD has two representatives in this Committee, which aims at giving orientation and suggestions to publicly held companies, professionals of relationships with investors, investment analysts, asset managers, among others, about most adequate alternatives to spread information to the general public.

National Institute of Investors

INI aims at offering a program of ongoing education and orientation on how to invest in the stock market. ANCORD indicates a representative to the Institute’s Board of Directors.
