Meeting the requirements of Resolution C.M.N. 3849, ANCORD qualifies and certifies Members of the Ombudsman Department Organizational Component. It has already promoted 65 Qualification and Certification courses for Ombudsmen of Financial Institutions in several Brazilian cities, when 844 participants were certified.
